Target Diapers

I've bought Target brand diapers for my DD since November and love the diapers.  I love how cheap they are and they hold up like Pampers.  I have noticed a change in the quality of the diapers after I bought a package last week.  I still had some diapers from a previous package and noticed that the diapers I bought were a thinner quality and the color of the decorations (circles) was lighter and the elastic bands were shorter and not as stretchy. 

 

Anyone notice this?  This has caused my DD to leak out on the side numerous times...

    I haven't noticed this, but I only had 2 small packages.  They worked for us, but I didn't like the plasticy feel of them.

    Yes they changed the quality drastically! I loved the Up&Up diapers but now they run smaller/ thinner padding / the tags are not stretchy like the ones before. I too have an old diaper and a new one and you can see the difference. I called to ask why they changed them and all they can do is look into it but they are sending me a $10.00 refund. I do not plan to buy them anymore unless they change them back to the way they were manufactured before.

    Such a shame I really like them but not anymore. I would not recommend them.

    Good to know! I bought a giant club pack of them about 2 weeks ago, but I guess the change has been recent. I love them and this makes me sad. When I run out I'll buy a small pack to see if they switch the quality back.

    I personally think Target diapers are crap. We've had issues with every single one.

    That's a shame. I usually choose Targert brand for all sorts of items and was thinking of buying some for our occasional disposable diaper use. We use CDs, but I remember Costco diapers working just as well as Pampers and for a GREAT price.

    I thought I was losing my mind this morning when I realized that the colors were slightly different and I thought they felt different!  I will call and complain.  I loved the old diapers!!
