Progesterone Levels

I had my HCG and Progesterone Checked last week. I was 4w6d when I got my results. I was 1469 HCG and 9 Progesterone. I am taking Progesterone nightly but I wanted to know if anyone else has been in the same boat as me and made it past the first trimester. I have a much better feeling about this one but that doesn't make me any less nervous with low Progesterone.

Any Advice would be greatly appreciated.

    A friend of mine was on the progesterone suppositories a couple times a day through the first trimester, and she just delivered a healthy baby boy last week. So it is possible to make it past the first trimester. Wink

    The day I got my BFP I went in to have my levels tested. My progesterone was only a 5, and the nurse told me the doctor thought I would miscarry again. I started the progesterone right away and a week later the nurse said the levels were within normal range. I have seen my little baby twice, and am now almost 15 weeks. In fact, just this morning I found the heartbeat on my doppler. Good luck to you!

    Thank You. I just needed to hear some success stories. My sister in law was the exact same and my nephew was healthy. I just see stories with much higher levels and I get worried. Luckily I got blood work done early and I get to continue to have it monitored.

    Thank You, I am taking 200mg at night and I have my first Ultra Sound next week. I am excited and nervous because our last ultra sound with our first pregnancy was great and the next day I have a MC. So I am excited but nervous.

    At my 1st appointment(6 weeks and 5 days) my progesterone level was a 7. I thought I would miscarry and was extremely nervous. My 1st pregnancy ended in a miscarriage before I had DS but the reason is unknown.

    I was put on Crinone 8% 1x a day-at night. I took this until 14 weeks even though my obgyn told me I could stop at 12 weeks.

    I'm doing pretty well. See ticker :)

    I was never told my progesterone levels for this pregnancy, but I was on a progesterone suppository in first tri. It's great they precribed it to you. While 9 is considered low, it is possible that was the lowest point for the day and they happened to measure it at that time. It fluctuates all day long.

    Me! Mine was 16 dropped to 12. Started shots. Now I'm 22 weeks! yeah!
