Can someone bring their Doppler over? :)

I want to hear my baby's HB like now! I just want to make sure he is alive and well in there. I'm seriously considering calling my OB to see if she'll let me come in this week just to hear it. I have a looonnngggg two week wait before my next appointment.

 I was going to buy a Doppler but my DH doesn't think it's a great idea. He says I'll freak out if I cant hear a heartbeat. Which is probably true LOL. You ladies with dopplers are so lucky :)

    I've read that some OB's offices will have the nurse do a quick doppler check for you if you're worried, so it might be worth a call if it sets your mind at ease.

    Give them a call! I bet they wouldn't mind. Just tell them you need some reassurance.

    At 19 weeks it might not be a good idea to buy a doppler. I'll assure you that at this point it is easy to find the heartbeat using the doppler, so if you couldn't find it, then it would probably warrant a call to the OB. Just call the doctor and ask if they'll do a quick doppler check.
