Fluffy mail SCORE today! PIP
I just received the best fluffy mail!!
To make a long story short - months ago I ordered a Minnesota Vikings custom felted wool soaker from Cussincrafter on etsy. It came but the waist band was too tight and it didn't fit ds well. She said it wasn't a problem and to send it back and she'd put a new waist band on it for me. I did and weeks later I didn't have the soaker. I messaged her on etsy to see when she might be getting it out and she sent back that she already had over two weeks before and I should have gotten it already.
We decided to wait another week to be sure it wasn't lost but on it's way and it never turned up. She then offered to make me a brand new one to replace it (a lot of work on her part) which she did. The day that she was going to send the new one out to me the daughter of an elderly neighbor came over with a package that the lady had in a large stack of unopened mail - it was, of course the original soaker. So she messages me to tell me this and that she sent out the original one (since the new one wasn't puple as it's hard to find purple wool sweaters in large supplies) and I should have it in a day or two.
I get my package today and inside is not only the lovely vikings soaker but a super soft gray wool soaker, 3 wipes and half a dozen wipe solution drops! She sent them along as an aplogy for what happened and for my being so patient in her fixing it for me! SCORE!! I love you Cussincrafter!

Anyone who's looking for wool - I highly recommend her. Obviously she wins on customer service but her soakers are great too. I had one that I bought from a store in Minnesota when I was visiting the inlaws and was excited when I found her online. He's worn both the new ones today and they worked great. I even had him in a crappy kl contour for over 3 hours while I desperately waited for a late load of diapers to dry and it doesn't feel even remotely wet.
She does great work!
