We have a heartbeat!

in Pregnant after a Loss

After two miscarriages, we were thrilled when I was pregnant again, as well as obviously anxious. This morning I had my first appt (at 6 weeks) and heard and saw a heartbeat! Was not expecting that - I thought we'd just see a blob. 

Now it can start being real... I think we're both still in denial.

    Being PGAL is incredibly hard and full of worry. Congrats on a good u/s and a hb! Fingers crossed for a happy and healthy 9 months!

    It was a rough road, but Arlo Daniel was born April 1, 2013—and our second rainbow is due October 12, 2014.

    Thanks guys!

    I wish ultrasound pics were like Harry Potter photos - that move! Staring at the blob isn't really doing anything for me, but man, I could sit and watch that heartbeat for hours!
