Baby almost always has feet in his face

in 2nd Trimester

Since 22 weeks (ive had alot of u/s trying to get a good shot of his heart) my little guy has been in an upside down breech (head down but feet up by face). I sometimes feel him stretched out, but for the most part, thats how he likes to be. Is that pretty normal? (26 weeks now)

Im asking my OB but just wanted to hear what you ladies had to say

    DS was and this baby is in the same position but they are both breech.
