DH is man sick

My DH stayed home sick from work today. I hate to admit it, but he cramped my style. He was a smelly lump laying on the couch, sweating and farting. He really wanted me to know just HOW sick he is, too--lots of dramatic moaning and gasping. Every now and then he was rise from the couch and sort of frankenstein his way to the bathroom, only to return to the couch panting and wheezing. He also updates me constantly on the color of his boogers.

Oh, and he has the thermometer that came with one of LO's first aid baby kits that he is using to monitor his own temperature. At least he is putting it under his tongue, and hasn't asked me to stick it in between his buttcheeks.

Men. Honestly. I kicked him out of the bedroom and he is on the couch. His dramatics kept waking up LO.

    Man sickness is the worst... Boy do they make it seem as tho they are dying. Thank god they are not the ones pushing out a baby! Could you imagine!!!

    Man-sickness is the worst. Then it's like taking care of two babies. 

    Every time DH gets sick, he whines and moans about how miserable he is, and when I ask him what he's taken to feel better, the answer is always, "nothing."

    Hope he feels better soon!
