  Should already be taking them. New chapter organics are the best my MW says. They give me tons of energy.

  I just buy the cvs brand prenatals along with the cvs brand of DHA.

  I am taking one a day prenatal vitamins. You can get them at any local grocery store or drug store. I get mine at BJ's it is a lot cheaper.

  You should start taking them ASAP....I take the generic brand Target ones....They seem to be doing the trick...

  Look at the label, you want a vitamin with 400-800 mcg Folic acid. I got a bottle of spring valley once per day, a bottle of 240 count was less than $9 at walmart. I shouldn't have to buy another bottle until close to my due date.

  Your DR didn't tell you to start taking them?????!  Wow, I'd find a new doctor

  yes, take them.  I take Centrum.  FYI_ take them WITH food, or you'll be sick,.
