Birthing classes?

Hi there!  Does anyone know of or reccomend any birthing classes in San Diego?  We have Kaiser and TriCare but I can't seem to find any through them.  Maybe I am looking in the wrong place, not sure.  But I haven't really been able to find much of anything.

    You might want to try UCSD. The classes cost $70 a couple. I didn't take that one, I took the ones at Best Start that are centered around natural birthing in a birthing center, they are quite pricier...

    for people in your area. Or you should call the hospital you are birthing at and they can recommend.

    I know for a fact that Kaiser offers these classes. Ask your midwife about them!

    We're delivering @ UCSD but I was interested in natural birth methods and heard a lot about Hypnobabies so we did that with Rachel Vence and I absolutely LOVED it. It's more expensive than other classes but was covered by our Flex Spending Account. If you want more info, just ping me!
