  I would make a call and let them know about it. They might be ok with this and don't need to see you. It doesn't hurt to check.

  I would give them a call tomorrow and just let them know- assuming that today it continues to look good- my friend popped one of her sutures from her c/s and was leaking fluid and her OB said it was ok-

  Update - after a close inspection with a hand mirror and a call to my OB I don't need to come in since nothing has opened.
