11 AM cannot get here soon enough!

I have my first appointment today at 11 and I am so terrified and nervous and excited. I feel like I should have a long list of questions to ask the doctor, but really I only have a few: Is there really a baby in there? Does it look the way it should look, sound the way it should sound? Is it in my uterus or in a tube?

I'm sure I'll think of a million other questions but for now I really just want to make sure it's there and healthy.

Since I'm high risk, my OB said she will probably do a trans-vaginal ultrasound so I'm hoping we'll get all of those questions answered and I'm keeping my fingers crossed that we'll get to hear and/or see a heartbeat.
