Middle of the night pee club check in

Last night between the time I went to sleep and the time my alarm went off I got up three times to pee. Once in the one o clock hour, once in the three o clock hour and once in the six I clock hour.

How about you fellow midnight pee'ers?

WOW.... 3 is a GOOD NIGHT! And luckily it's been about 3 a night lately. Last week i was going 5+ times a night and then a few nights, for no reason, I just seemed to get up EVERY HOUR.... Maybe I'm just so tired that my body is like... JUST SLEEP?!?

I'm so tired.

I try to get up and go every few hours because I can never tell if I have to go or not and I don't want to get a UTI or kidney infection for holding it in. My stomach is just too big and I don't ever feel the urge to go unless I remind myself I have to go or my back starts aching - that's usually a sign that I need to go.

One of the benefits of this baby being transverse is no head pressing on my bladder! I only get up once a night to pee, but I would gladly trade that for a head down baby that = no c/s.

I'm fairly fortunate in that I average about 2 per night. However, after each trip, I seem to lay awake for ages so am still tired in the mornings.

My bladder hates me. I am a consistent every hour to an hour and a half pee'er. Honestly, I really need to find cheaper TP at this point.

that past couple nights have been good for me b/c I have been sick. I think I've only gotten up 1x, which is so rare for me. I think the most I've gotten up is 5x in one night, usually it's more like 3x.

This is more similar to where I'm at. 2 or 3 times per night but sometimes when I wake, I'm up for as long as an hour or two. No wonder I'm only up a couple of times... I'm only sleeping a total of 4-5 hours tops

I got up once in the 4 o clock hour and then again at 6:45 when it was time to get up for work...I didn't go to bed until late though, so I had my last pee about 1 am, so it made for less trips. Plus, it rained all night and rain makes me sleep so good!

I'm another one with a transverse baby so I haven't had to get up to pee much at all, but I am awake several times a night and last night I woke up to my husbands elbow in my back Tongue Tied

Last night was about 3 times for me ... 11:00, 3:00 and 5:50. That was a busy night. I can usually go with 1 or 2 times a night. It takes me forever to fall asleep after. Soo annoying!

I usually do 3 per night also... Last night was 2am, 5am and 7am and of course I get up at 8am, so that 7 o'clock one really annoyed me. And when I did the 2am pee I was SO thirsty and of course gave in and drank water. But it didn't matter I knew I would be up early morning.

I get up around 4 times. Lately when I get up around 5am to pee I never end up falling back asleep because of my nocturnal dancing queen baby.

1-3 times a night. Always fun to struggle to get out of bed while wearing wrist guards, take one off (I don't want to risk getting pee on it), pee, wash hand, put wrist guard back on, struggle back in to bed. Then, I can't fall back asleep, which is extremely unusual for me. I'm usually out in 30 seconds, no matter what. Last night, as I was laying in bed wide awake at 4am, I though maybe this is my body trying to get used to the idea of interrupted sleep.

2-3 times a night is a good night! Usually I lose count...I am thinking its 4-5 times on average...plus a MILLION times of tossing and turning because I get so stiff and sore!

Wow, I agree, if I could get it down the 3 times, I'd be one happy lady. I didn't check the times, but I peed at least 5 times. That's about my norm. And after my 5 o'clock pee it takes me a good hour to get back to sleep. I usually going on facebook or playing tetris on my phone. Haha.

I'm usually up 2-3 times between 10:30 and 5:30 when I get up.

But, I definitely peed 3 times between 5:30 and 7:30 when I left for work!

You are not alone - I swear I get up what seems like every hour to pee. I also have to keep a cup of water in the bathroom in case I get thirsty during the night. Luckily, when I do get up I can usually get back to sleep pretty quickly...

Haha - this is me too! My husband complains b/c the sound of the velcro is what wakes him up when I'm getting up . I'm usually a 1-2x per night person, but with the carpel tunnel issues I've had over the last few weeks, I'm waking up more b/c of my hands than pee, and then I just get up to go pee, "just in case".

I was shocked that I only peed 3 times last night. Last pg I only got up once a night and DS was bigger. I don't know what the deal is, but I'm averaging probably 5 or 6 times a night. Add DS still waking up numerous times and I'm pretty much a zombie every day.

Most of the time it's once a night, sometimes none. Baby is head down too.
