Cooking classes in Capital Region

Hi ladies,

Do any of you know where I could find really nice cooking classes in the Capital region? I know about CIA in the Hudson Valley. DH and I just won a free class there, which will be super. I'm looking for something even closer to home that I could get him for his birthday.

Fun! I sent DW to the CIA for valentine's day a few years back and her coworkers go all the time.
The Arts Center of the Capital Region sometimes has a specialty classes once in awhile but those aren't fancy.
Also, Ric Orlando sometimes does classes but I think they are mostly at his Saugerties location.

I know SCC has a culinary program. When I lived closer I used to receive mailings about classes that were designed for non-students.
