For me I did not lose all my pregnancy weight until after I stopped pumping/BF (I pumped and BF for 6m). Once I did, I lost the remaining 10 pounds that I still needed to lose. But everyone is different.
I have a great supply and have lost 29 lbs and only had gained 21. The problem is that I am still holding onto fat in certain places and assume I will until I stop. My face is still full, which is weird.

I just stopped pumping on Friday after 10 months. I was an overproducer big time and was back into my pre-prego jeans (comfortably) by about 3 months after baby. I consider myself lucky and forunate for the good genes that I inherited. I know for some the weight just peels off and for others it is more gradual. My recomendation would be to keep on BF'ing as long as you can but don't count on it as a way to loss weight! Good Luck!

Re: more pumping/supply equals more weight loss?
I'd imagine so. There are calories in breastmilk and those calories have to come from somewhere.
If you're anything like me though, breastfeeding makes me ravenous. I eat way more now than when I was pregnant, so my weight isn't plummeting.
