Bowel movements

Hi ladies, I am curious my LO is a month old and not having as many BMs as in the past. She is breastfed, I am wondering does the frequency decrease as they get older I know it used to be 4 times a day or so now every couple of days if not more?

My pediatrician said that is normal for bf as long as it is still runny. She told me to call if it is more than a week without a bm.

My little sister used to only have a bowel movement once a week at that age. Though from what I hear you really wanted to be home when that happened since it was quite a large event.
