Seriously. I started my pregnancy drinking tons of water, and happy to do it. Then 3 days ago baby decided no more water and I would be vomiting painfully every time I tried to drink it, even with lemon in it. I tried drinking it with flavoring mixes but the artificial sweeteners were bothering me. Last night I tried gatorade because I was craving it. I feel so much better now! I guess I was probably really dehydrated. The artificial sweeteners in it aren't bothering me at all and the shooting pains I was getting before are gone.
Note: All along I've been getting shooting pains when I'm dehydrated. At least baby figured out good ways to tell me what I need!
If any of you are having trouble with water, might want to go pick up some. I feel a million times better!!

THANK YOU for posting this!! It didn't even occur to me to try Gatorade. I have been downing water like crazy for weeks but the last 2-3 days if I drink water I just start to feel really sick. I can't believe I didn't think of this myself (blame the pregnancy brain?) but I am SO glad you did! I'm going to run out to the gas station on my break and pick some up.
AMAZING. Got two (!!) fruit punch Gatorades and practically chugged half of one in my car, I couldn't believe how good it tasted. I've got another 2 1/2 hrs left at work and this is the first time all day that I've been completely sure I'm going to make it. This completely made my night. Thanks again!
I used to drink G2 all the time pre-pregnancy, and even early on in the pregnancy, but switched to the regular, due to not getting a lot of calories in the day with the 24/7 m/s -- at this point any calorie is a good calorie!
