  I have to always check my shirt to make sure there are no wet spots. It's amazing how much I leak still!

  When you feel yourself letting down, just press firmly on your breast for a minute or so and you won't leak. In public you can still do it - I used my forearm, it's certainly less noticeable than a wet spot. You will end up training your breasts not to leak - I used to leak bad with dd (especially while nursing the other side would soak a burp cloth) until a lactation consultant gave me that tip.

  Unfortunately I am one of those people who don't feel letdown happening. I don't have any sort of sensation, so I don't even know i've leaked until I see it, or accidentally touch it and feel a wet spot.

  I had to go to the ER for a possible blood cloth (swollen foot) 4 days after my LO was born.  I had to wear a gown and I just leaked all down it on both sides.  DH just giggled and I was too concerned about getting home to my LO to really care.  It was umcomfortable though to sit there like that waiting for the docs and nurses to figure out what was wrong.

  Married DH - December 2006, Started TTC - July 2009, BFP - May 15, 2011 (round #1 chlomid)
