We've made it this far with only a snap and go frame, but LO is moving to a convertible seat in a couple weeks, so we need a new stroller.
For our needs, I can only find about two lightweight strollers that have some sort of bar or tray. I'd assumed we'd need one, but now I'm questioning it. Snacking isn't an issue so much as just giving him something to hang onto or bang on or tether toys to. To help avoid boredom, basically.
So based on experience, does it really matter? Are most toddlers actually happy to zone out on the scenery like babies are?
Thanks!
Re: Stroller question - tray/bar necessary?
DS2 - Oct 2010 (my VBAC baby!)
This. If DS needs a snack then he's perfectly capable of eating without a tray. If he needs enough of a meal that a tray would be required we'd sit somewhere and eat together.
