I feel like a newbie! cramps/pains ?

So off an on today it's like the menstrual cramps got turn way the heck up. my lower back aches like a dickens and my hole belly sorta gets all hard for a bit then relaxes. Feels like someone is squeezing/crushing on my hips (like palm of hands at the back of my hips and wrapped around the front).

Some mega knocking down around the exit and he's totally not taking this laying down. It feels like baby j is none to happy with all this friction. 

So what say you nesties. Is this just BH or might things be starting.

No sign of the MP loosening, no internal popping and water breaking or anything. The last week I've felt like I was menstruating and it seemed to get a bit "worse" every day.

    Sounds like what happened with me.  My water didn't break until it was almost time to push but my pain was what you're describing.

    Hang in there mama.  Try a warm bath and maybe a hot rice sock on your back.  Keep us updated.  (I'm not ready to be at the top of the list yetWink--we still have a few more weeks--hopefully)
