Bottle/Sippy Cup Q for you mommies

My daughter is 10 months and she loves her bottle. She has about 4 a day I'd say. Are we supposed to be cutting down and eventually stopping the formula by 1 yr.? Should I maybe introduce milk/soy milk more? Also we are having a very hard time finding a sippy cup that she can figure out how to use (for juice/water) any recommendations for a good starter one? I just bought nuby with the straws in them and forget it, she's tried several others but they mostly leak.  I'm curious to see what has worked for you. Thanks!

    We started with a standard Nuby sippy and then moved to the straw ones.  I think what helped is I let LO drink out of my straw once and it was like a light bulb went off... since then he only uses the Nuby straw cups.  I will not be giving LO milk until he is 1 year.  Right ow he gets 3 8oz bottles and water in a sippy.
