Start my 3rd injection tonight

Went this morning for blood work and got a call from the nurse this afternoon... Oh my goodness! I can't believe I'll be starting the 3rd injections tonight. Menopur... not excited for this one but I am sure once we get the first one out of the way all will be good!

    6/2014: IUI #3 - Menopur + trigger = BFP!!
    Betas: 9dpiui=15.3, 14dpiui=385, 16dpiui=1162
    7/10/2014: 1st ultrasound - 1 beautiful little heartbeat (121bpm)

    Good luck - I just did menopur for the first time this cycle and it wasn't that bad for me.  Maybe a tiny bit of stinging feeling - but that was it.   But it was definitely more effort to get the shot mixed up than just turning the dial on the follistim pen. 
     TTC #1 since 6/09
    Dx: PCOS and MFI
    3 IUIs, 4 IVFs = BFFN
      3rd RE: IVF #5/FET = BFP

    Good luck!  I'm doing my first cycle with menopur right now.  I'm not a big fan of that injection, but we've learned if you go REALLY slow, it helps. By slow, I mean DH takes a good 60-90 seconds to get all the meds in.  I ice before and after to help with the bruising and stinging. 
    TTC#1 since July '10. DH: Borderline Morph. Me: age 33. Hypothyroidism.
    FSH #1: 10.9 (E2 80.7). FSH #2: 11.8 (E2 72.6). FSH #3: 9.1 (E2 36)
    AMH: 2.6. AFC: ranges 9-21. HSG: clear. SHG: normal.
    After 3 failed TI cycles, 3 failed IUI cycles, a couple of c/ps, we got our sticky baby on IUI #4 (first with injects).
    Feb '12 Clomid/Menopur/Ganirelix/IVIL/Heparin/Acupuncture + IUI #4= BFP!
