    I don't have any South recs, but I really like Mimi's cafe (close to the domain). ?They seem to go out of their way to make children (and parents!) feel comfortable. ?For example, they provide a bib, and cheerios and sliced fruit before dinner comes out, have a great kids menu, etc. ?I actually feel comfortable eating there with the kids. ?We should make a list of kid friendly restaurants in town--I would like that! ?Last week I went to cheescake factory with the kids, and our waiter told us "geez, your kids are good birth control for me." ?(and they weren't behaving badly, just being normal kids). ?I wanted to mouth back to him (but didn't), 'don't worry, your waiter's salary will probably be the only birth control you need. ?You're evidently not going to advance in your job with your stellar people skills' ? Obviously never going back there.

    ?Anyway, I'm rambling, but I think it would be a good idea to put together a list of favorite kid friendly restaurants. ??

    We went to Shady Grove today after the Dinoland. I guess more central but we consider it south.  It was very child friendly.  Sorry, I do not know many restaurants down south.
