New Hunger Games trailer...

I didn't notice the first time I saw it on tv, but at the start, Katniss gives Prue the mockingjay pin. So I guess that means the story with the Mayor and his daughter are out?

    It's at the very beginning of this one. I might not have looked hard enough at the others.

    I haven't read much about the movie b/c I usually like my disappointments all at once while watching the film, but I thought the Mayor and Madge were pretty important to me. Maybe there will be a bit of something around her picking out the mockingjay pin in the movie.

    But towards the end of the trailer, she is wearing the pin under her coat--in a scene with Lenny K.

    yeah, so it doesn't make sense to me that she bought it for Prue. They'll have to make up some story to go with it. :

    I was never really "disappointed" in the Potter movies, but this series isn't very long and I don't see the needs to change up so much. I'll probably still see it at some point, but I feel like I'll be unhappy with it already.

    I'm not one to put too much thought into who the actors are, but I likes stories to try and keep close to the books. I mean, a blonde can dye her hair. a skinny dude and lift weights etc, people are easy to change appearances, but losing the symbolic nature of the story is sorta annoying.

    I should probably take a nap or have this kid already so the irrationality of my rant of the day can go away :)
