My Vera bag came today, furniture yesterday!

I love it the baby bag! I can't wait to use it and have it filled with baby things! 
Also yesterday we got our nursery furniture...well, MOST of it.
The combo dresser looks GREAT! The crib looks great as well, however one side has a gouge in it. The five drawer dresser was so beat up they wouldn't even bring it out of the truck. The glider is SO comfortable...but had a nick on the back of one of the legs that got us an additional 10% off. (DH is just going to color it in with a furniture marker and you'll never see it anyway since it's on the back.) The ottoman, which took them FOREVER to put together, has two grease marks on the top of it (which I think the delivery guys did accidentally) so we're getting a new ottoman too. Basically, the delivery guys will be back at our house in a few weeks with a 5 drawer dresser, a new side of the crib, and a new ottoman.
DH spoke to Buy Buy Baby today to coordinate everything and mentioned how surprised we were that out of 5 pieces of furniture 4 had something wrong. They were very apologetic (even the delivery guys, who were very nice, said they don't usually see so many pieces of an order damaged--they said "especially with Baby Appleseed furniture") and thank goodness it's early enough that if something takes a long time to come in we're not in a rush for it!
It is SO WEIRD to have a crib in my house....Every time I walk by the room I just stop and stare!!

It took 44 cycles, just over 3 years, 6 failed IUI's in MI, and 1 round of IVF at CCRM to get our BFP!
Beta #1 (9dp5dt) = 206, Beta #2 (11dp5dt) = 438
1st u/s @ 6w5d = 11/11/11 = ONE little bean! HB 120bpm!

I totally went and looked at the Vera bag in store today! I plan on treating myself next week after my a/s!!
That stinks so much was damaged, but at least it happened now and not after weeks and weeks of waiting! So fun you have a crib in your house!! How surreal!!

Congrats! It does stink when you get something and it is damaged. That happened with our bedroom set we got for our wedding. Yuck!
