  I got mine back to breast with help from a lactation consultant. I went six times. My friend had success after one visit and then a lot if practice on her own.My insurance covered the visits except I had a copay for me and a copay for the baby. The copay costs were totally worth it! Good luck!

  absolutely its possible! first find a good lactation consultant or la leche league. 

  the reason most babies have issues is because breastfeeding is such hard work whereas a bottle just flows right into their mouth, perhaps look into a supplemental nursing system (sns)

  could you try pumping for 2-3 minutes before latching baby so that your milk is already letting down, then latching with the shield?
