It annoys the shiiiit out of me that my MIL got "mad" at me about us buying the crib. We also purchased the swing we wanted tonight. Apparently, she wants to help. But if she wants to help so bad, I feel as though she should speak up & tell us what she wants to help with.

I'm not going to wait around to order the big items while she says nothing about what they want to do to help. Sorry, not gonna happen. Blehhh.

My FFFC is today I went out shopping with MIL and bought a ton of baby clothing. I was thinking to myself all day that this was the best day ever and I was so excited and happy. I am now in tears hearing about the struggles some of our other June mom's are going through. Sometimes I think I need to take a step back and realize how vulnerable this little baby is inside of me and how quickly everything can change.

I got a package in from Gymboree today with some clothes that I bought, but broke down crying when I was hanging them up because I realized that, in the flash, this could all be taken away.

I have no complaints today. I feel blessed.

My mom and I went to the consignment stores today, and I came home with 2 huge shopping bags (like Old Navy paper bags w/ the handles) full of clothes, a tummy time blanket with toys, a blanket for tummy time and a bouncy seat that rocks and vibrates.

I got home and read about Debra and Amanda and I lost it. I can't imagine being in that situation - either one of them. My T&P's are out to them. I hope that no other June mommies have complications like these, and that we can all realize how blessed we are right now.

Mine isn't flameworthy but if I drop ice on the floor when getting ice out of the icemaker i don't clean it up. I kick it under the fridge instead!

If I had thought about it and realized that my friend wasn't going to be at the gym today, I probably wouldn't have gone. I knew she was going out of town for the weekend, but it didn't really compute. Don't go thinking I'm doing anything special by "working out," I totally just go to the gym to socialize sometimes.

I do this. haha. I rationalize it by telling myself the heat under the fridge will melt and evaporate it.

My dogs eat ice cubes like dog treats! They wait excitedly at my feet when I get ice hoping I will drop some

Ha my dog too! We make her sit and then toss the ice into the air for her to catch.

I agree with all of the posts above... my dogs would eat the ice I drop, they think they're treats also

and I feel so blessed and lucky every day longer that Ryleigh stays in my belly. I cannot imagine what Debra, Amanda, and so many others are going through, it just breaks my heart for them. I was walking by my kitchen table and I have all of the letters for the wall in the nursery laid out to dry and I just started crying because she could be taken away from me so quickly, and i can't imagine the hurt that it would cause. Prayers for all the June bugs are going to be a regular thing, I'm not sure I can handle any more sadness and loss.
