I will post this on the breastfeeding board too, but I wanted some opinions from you ladies. I SAH and usually just pump in the morning to build a freezer stash. I have been using a manual but was getting a bit tired of it and now it seems to have lost suction anyway, so I want to get an electric pump. I'd love to stay under $150 (less is better) but want to make sure I get a decent pump. So far, I'm thinking the Lansinoh Affinity Double, Medela Swing Single, or the First Years miPump Double, but they all have mixed reviews.
Please recommend yours or let me know if you've tried one you don't like. Thank you!!
Re: Ladies who have a breast pump....
I love my Ameda purely yours you can save money by not buying the pump in the carrying tote( link )it is 153.00 on amazon right now.
ETA
It may seem expensive, but worth every penny, especially if you are planning on more LOs. Ameda is a closed system too unlike medela where you have to worry about getting milk in the motor and growing mold (happened to my sis).
I have the Lansinoh Double and hate it wish I would've gotten the Avent Double that was my other choice and I've heard great things about it.

My Avent is closed system, that was one of the selling points. That and the Ameda I've used are much better than my Swing and the hospital grade Medela I've used. There are a lot of ladies posting on the place which shall not be named who are having customer service issues with Medela over lack of suction on brand new pumps.
This! i love mine and i bought it on amazon.
