We found out early...It's a...

BOY!!!!  I am in complete shock, as is DH.  I went in for my 16 week appt today and my OB is u/s crazy.  She said she was excited we were finding out this time since we didn't find out with the girls.  She asked if I wanted to do a quick u/s, and of course I agreed.  The tech took me in a few minutes later, and told me she didn't want to tell me without DH, so she typed it on the sonogram pic and put it in an envelope.

I called DH as soon as I was in the car, and said "Guess what I have in my posession?!?"  I then told him, and he said "Rip it open!"  I really wanted to wait and do it together, but he convinced me to just do it.  So I did, and it said "Hi Mommy and Daddy, I'm your son", and I then of course burst into tears.  DD1 from the backseat "Mommy, don't cry!  Why are you sad, mommy?"  It was so sweet, and I was trying to explain that mommies and daddies cry sometimes when they're happy.  DH is soooooo happy.  :)

We both just kept calling this baby girl #3, and I really can't believe we'll have a boy.  It's so exciting and overwhelming, and we didn't find out with our first two, so I didn't have the opportunity to shop ahead of time.  Now I do. ;-)
