I don't know if any of you read A Cup of Jo, but it's one of my favorite blogs in part because she's so frank about motherhood.
She posted on Monday about going through a serious bout of depression and realizing in hindsight that it was related to weaning. She just had no idea that it was normal to get depressed so long (8 months) after the birth but suddenly realized what was going on when she finally got her period and felt better.
I read this and wanted to spread it around so that everybody can be aware in case it happens to them or someone they love.

Wow, I figured that stopping BF was what triggered my PPD but this article really confirms that for me.
