Trying to Get Pregnant

Consistency is good, but....(re: my chart)

the same exact temp 4 days in a row?  Strange.  I actually took my temperature before going to bed last night to make sure that my new thermometer was working!

My chart is pretty boring, but I'm not complaining!  Hopefully, it won't go all crazy now...

***************************** Our beautiful daughter was born in October 2009. Turns out she was quite the miracle. After two years of TTC, diagnosed with DOR. A couple of failed treatment cycles later, we decided to let go of our hope for more biological children and explore adoption.

  • I had a ton of flat temps the cycle of my BFP when I usually didn't have many in previous cycles.  I think you should count it as good luck!

  • Two days is the most I've had so far, but I've seen a lot of charts with 4-5 flat days in FF's chart gallery.
  • The most I get its 2 days in a row..so maybe yours is  a sign of something great about to happen!!

  • I was thinking the same thing about my chart!! I didn't have that many, if any, flat temps the last cycle. My temp was a bit all over the place last time. And this time I've had two all ready!! Let's hope it means good luck!!

  • You don't by chance use the Target brand BBT digital do you?

If you read your temp immediately it's right, but if you go back to read it later, 97.7 is that therm's default display. It took me a while to figure out how to go back and read my past temps on that thermometer and had a couple days at 97.7 before I figured it out! (But that is probably just me!)

Okay, so now I feel really dumb!  You are absolutely right.  I just went and read the instructions (which I should have done right away).  I just assumed that it worked like my other ones.  I guess I'd better go fix my chart now.  **sigh**

  • I had to ask someone how to do it! Sorry your chart was wrong, but at least you caught it early!

Yes, I feel dumb, but I'm glad you said something and I figured it out sooner rather than later.
