I don't have headaches but have taken Calcium/mag. If you take mag, see how much your body can handle as it's probably already in your pre-natal. Too much can give you diarrhea (this happened to me >:, great if you have constipation though! haha). I was taking it at higher levels because I read Dr. Luke's book about multiples nutrition and also it's supposed to help you basically not go into labor early I think, plus I have issues with not enough calcium. I had to back off the mag and find a calcium with D only because it went right through me.

I take 400mg per day for my migraines. I've taken it throughout my pregnancy eventhough I only had a few headaches in the beginning. I haven't had a migraine since I quit stims.
