LO started daycare and she was young and she didn't really have any "schedules." I feel like she is sleeping too much at daycare and I want to get her on some sort of schedule.
Please share your schedule. LO is on Formula and eats 4-5 oz every 3 hours.
Re: Please share your "schedule" for 3mo olds
I'm a SAHM, but my LO put herself on a "routine" at around 3 1/2 months. She was up for about 2 hours, then took a 45-60 minute nap, then ate around 4-5 oz, repeat throughout the day. Now at 5 1/2 months she's gradually moving to 2 longer naps per day, but sometimes we still have 3.
DD set her own routine, but it works.
Wake @ 7am & 4oz bottle
Drop at daycare @ 8:45- she falls asleep on the way and sleeps until 12/12:30
12:30 6oz bottle
3:30 4oz bottle
4:30/5 nap
Pickup at 5:30
6:00 4oz bottle
7:30 nap
8:00 6oz bottle
9:00-10:00 bedtime - sleeps straight thru until 7am, no nighttime bottles.
his rough sched is
6:45 wake, eat (6 oz but can vary), bouncy/play
8 - nap (45 min)
8:45 eat (usually 4 oz, but sometimes 6oz, depending on how much he ate when he woke up), play
10:30 nap - this is usually his long nap, lasting about 3 hours, but sometimes he wakes up at 45 min.
1:30 eat (6 oz), play
3:30 - nap
4:15 - eat (4-6 oz), play
5:30 eat (2-4 oz), bouncy/play
6 - bath, massage, story, eat (2 oz) sleep by 6:30
there is always some variation on how much he eats, esp days when he takes all short naps. he sometimes won't stay asleep for his later nap, so that will also change things a bit.
She wakes up around 8-9am. Stays awake and plays until 11:30 ish then sleeps for a good hourish. stays up for 3ish hours then takes another nap prob a little over a hour- 2 depending on if we went out. then she is usually up until 7. ( also depending on the day.) then she goes to bed around 10-1030. she wakes up around 5-6 am to eat. During the day she eats every 1-2 hours. and she has been taking a lot of 5-20 minute power naps. If i go out for the day she usually sleeps a good 3 hour chunk between noon and 3ish and stays awake more in the afternoon.
