As funny as it sounds, put cabbage leaves in your bra. When they start to wilt, replace them. There is something in them that helps dry you up. Otherwise just a tight sports bra at all times and try not to let the hot water in the shower hit them as that will stimulate milk production. Also, try not to touch them too much. I am sorry that you are going through this. I remember it all too well.

I second the cabbage leaves (oh and use the green ones! the purple ones can stain clothes). I've heard that sage reduces milk production, but I was never able to find any sage-only tea. I think parsley also reduces milk production.
Get some really big ace bandages, put the cabbage leaves in your tight bra, and then wrap your boobs like you are an 8th grade girl who suddenly developed DD's. They look funny, but this is what I did after Thia died, and my boobs dried up within a few days. GL!

I agree with PP. You can also use IB Profin for the pain! Good luck. The worst of it should only last a couple of days, but just be warned the milk production could last a while...
