STTNers, How Many Times is Your LO Eating?

DS dropped his last night feeding and has been STTN for about 2 1/2 weeks now, which is great, but I'm worried about how much he is eating during the day. He seems pretty content with eating only 5 times a day. Depending on his naps and how long they go I can sometimes sneak in an extra feeding for 6 but I'm not even sure he's hungry when I feed him, he just eats. How many times a day are all of your LOs eating? He seems content and according to our pedi he is still in a good range for his weight but I was just curious if this was normal?

DD eats 4-6 times a day but we FF so I know how many ounces she is eating per day and it is within the normal range, I know its harder to know with BFing but I'd say as long as he is growing and having wet diapers every day he is probably getting enough.

My LO eats pretty much 5 times a day, sometimes he'll eat 6 times, but that's if we're out to dinner and I'll feed him when we get home before putting him in the crib. He is awake anyways from changing into Pjs and a new diaper. He seems fine only eating 5 times, but I worry about that too. I just think that if he wasn't getting enough to eat he would definitely be waking at night to eat, but he doesn't, so I assume everything is ok. How long are his naps? Just curious...My LO has been asleep for 2 hours now, which rarely happens, so I'm just gonna keep letting him sleep.

DS falls asleep at 9pm and wakes up to eat around 5am, but he only nurses for a few minutes from one side and then falls back asleep until 6:30. He then nurses from the opposite side before going to daycare. At daycare, he eats 2-3 oz every two hours for 8 hours. Then he nurses twice from both sides between 5pm and 9pm. For me, it is hard to know how much he is getting other than at daycare when he gets BM from a bottle, but as long as he has plenty of wet diapers and doesn't appear to be losing weight, I don't worry.

He naps well and his naps are at least 45 minutes long but somedays he takes 4 naps and other days he will take about 2 short naps followed by a long one that can last anywhere from 1 1/2 - 2 1/2 hours. For example right now he's pushing about 2 hours. It's when he takes the short naps that I sneak in the extra feeding

My LO eats 6 times a day. She eats at 7, 10, 1, 4, 6:30 and 8 pm. She eats 5 oz at every feeding, but at 6:30 and 8 she is nursed, so I don't know how much she is getting. Seems like she's eating quite a bit compared to others, but she's still just a peanut. Some nights she wakes up and gets an extra feeding - a short one, but, most of the time she STTN.

4 to 5 times. I worry the same thing but she's gaining weight. She definitely doesn't eat 2.5x her weight or whatever they say is the guideline.

DD eats 6-7 times a day. I nurse her before she goes to DC, then she has 3, sometimes 4, 4 oz bottles of BM while she's there. Then she nurses once in the evening and once right before bed. She's been on this schedule for 5 weeks now and it seems to be working well for her!

LO is EBF and eats 5 times per day. Sometimes, and very rarely, he will wake up once around 10:30 or so to have another feeding. Last night he slept from 7:30-midnight then went back down until 7:00 AM.

DD is EBF and eats 6-7 times per day. I try to nurse a lot in the evenings to keep my supply up and help her STTN. This is roughly her schedule: 7, 10, 12, 3, 6, 8, 10.

LO is FF, and eats 5 oz every 3 hrs during the day, about 5-6 times a day. She sleeps 9:30pm-8am with no wakings. (Began this about a month ago).

Let's see...7:30, 11:30, 3:30, 6:30, 8:30, 10:30... So about 6 usually; sometimes like today while she's going through a growth spurt she will fit another one in there, but usually 6

I feel like the odd man out here. DD gets BM 3x a week, and she eats 5 oz then 4oz/3x every two hours (total of 17oz between 730 and 3). She nurses with me every 2 hours after I get home at 315. Anyone else whose baby is still on the every two hours kick?

My DD has been eating around 30 oz. a day in either 5 or 6 feedings (sometimes 4 oz, but usually 5 or 6 oz at a feeding). She spaces them out anywhere from 2.5 to 3.5 hours. She has only gone a couple of times with just 5 bottles, but I don't worry about it as long as she is hitting her daily amount.

DS usually eats 5 times a day: 6am, 10am, 2pm, 6pm, 10pm. He takes around 6oz per feeding. He weighs 11lbs9oz.

If they don't eat much at night, it's pretty normal for them to eat frequently during the day. LO usually sleeps from 8-6 and eats 0-2 times during the night. From 6 am - 8 pm, she eats 6-7 times. That's only 14 hours, so yep, about every 2-3 hours. Some feedings are more spaced than others, it just depends

5 oz. usually five times a day but sometimes 6 depending on how early he wakes up. He usually sleeps from 9pm - 7 or 8 am.
