How is everyone doing with weight watchers?

I maintained my weight this week. I am hoping it will budge though because I still have 12 lbs until I reach my goal weight. I am going to try to start incorporating exercise at least 4 times a week, but I have a feeling this will be easier said than done.

  • I had a bad week - darn you Girl Scout Cookies! I'm trying to get back on track though. What does everyone do to resist temptation? I'm trying to think about being a good role model for my kiddos.

  • I'm not trying too hard this week, since its my first week back at work.  Next week I'll be better with my eating and then the following week I'm going to have to figure out how and when to exercise.

  • I was down .2 this week... girl scout cookies got the best of me too!!!  I've had more will power this week and have been sweating to Just Dance on the Wii to earn treats.  The weather has been really nice here (70's!) so I've been taking DD for walks too. 
  • I maintained this week.  I think Valentines Day and possibly getting AF back last week did me in.  So with those things going on I'll take maintaining lol!

  • I lost another pound...now I am right in between two sizes.  The pants I bought when I went back to work are too big and my regular size pants are just a smidge too small.  I weigh less than I did when I got pregnant but things are still not in their right places!  Sigh!

  • I weight Sunday to Sunday but I will still check in on here. I lost 4 lbs last week! At first I thought I wasn't losing but then I stepped on the scale at the end of the week and was surprised by the missing 4 lbs. I have been working out 4 times a week and I think I was so busy with sick DS (RSV) last week that I didn't have time to eat snacks.

  • I gained a pound this week Embarrassed I kinda took a break because between Valentine's Day and FI's birthday it was just too hard. I went pants shopping on Sunday though and between having to buy pants 3 sizes bigger than pre-preg and seeing that extra pound on my weigh-in on Monday it definitely strengthened my resolve to stick to it and I don't think I'll be doing that again. My BFF and I also started working out this week so that will help.

  • I fell off the wagon. I gained 2 lbs. Waaaaah!!

    I gotta get motivated again.

  • I started last Tuesday, and by Friday I had lost 3 pounds!  But... then DH and I went away for the weekend, and I regained some.  I weighed in yesterday and ended up losing 2 pounds for the week.  

    I really want to get this weight off, so I have been working out 5-6 times per week.  I hope I can stay motivated!

  • I weighed in on Sunday, and had maintained to the exact tenth of a pound from the Sunday before. Totally bummed me out, because I tracked EVERYTHING and worked out five times and stayed in my points budget. Grrrrr... But, the scale is showing a little lower this morning, so I think I'm on track for a good weigh-in on Sunday.

    In other news, I'm giving up dessert for Lent. Maybe that will help...

  • I just started tracking on Sunday and I've lost a pound already.  Tonight will be bad - it's cheese and chocolate night at cooking club and I made brownies.

    How do you guys generally deal with tracking things like potlucks where you're eating little bits of food from random sources? I was thinking about just putting something called "Cooking Club" that uses all of my weekly points or something along those lines.  Or should I actually try to account for everything I eat?

    I don't have any experience with this but maybe you could try to track everything you eat just once and then you'll have a general idea of how many points it uses for future reference?

  • I weigh in on Sat mornings and last week I lost a pound (slow and steady).  I figured that was pretty good since I hosted my DS's bday party and it was valentines.

    My WW leader recommended tracking snack points by doing BLT's (Bites, Licks & Tastes).  I just write "BLT =3pts" if I know that I've been snacking but it's not enough to be a measurable quantity.  If I get lazy, I just leave 5-10pts extra each week in case I'm off with my tracking.  Granted leaving extra points is easier to do with all these nursing pts.

    I'm trying to be really good this week so we'll see if it shows up on the scales on Sat am :-)

  • I'm down 2 lbs this week.  I've lost 5% of my body weight since starting and have graduated to my next goal.
