My. Hips. HURT!!!!!

My hip just started bothering me a teeny bit the other day. Then Monday night I spent the night at my mom's because she just had her knee replaced. I had to sleep on an air mattress and I think it really screwed both my hips up. I didn't think it would be a problem because it's actually a pretty good air mattress, but I was in pain all that night. Then last night I was tossing and turning all night last night too, and now they are really aching. I've problems with my knees and feet before, but never my hips. Ugh!

    ouchie.  mine have too, lately, bec of an old injury.  if it doesnt go away, give yourself a good soak with epsom salts or a nice rest with a pillow under them to take some strain off. i know that can be agonizing pain!

    My hips hurt too because I have sciatica. It can hit us pretty bad during pregnancy. Other than that, it is a good sign your hips are hurting, your pelvis is getting ready for baby to pass through... I hate the pain! I feel ya...

    Mine have started hurting too. I had pain that was kind of like a Charlie Horse in my right hip yesterday--it was hard to put weight on!

    I am thinking it might be time for prenatal yoga or swimming to loosen things up.

    Mine too! I went to the chiropractor because my lower back and hips were hurting so bad. But physical therapy would help too. They can give you some stretches to make you hurt less. I hope you get to feeling better.

    I feel your pain.  Mine feel better when I put a pillow between my legs when I lay down on my side.

    Oh goodness, me too!! It's been keeping me up all night!! The pillow and a nice long soak in the tub does help a bit!

    I don't think my hour long commute is going to help either.
