Have you decided on your pediatrician? (North hills)

Today is the first day I really started calling around to found our pediatrician. I saw the post about this not long ago, but most were still undecided. I was just wondering if anyone has met any of our local docs. What did you think? I live out by reiley's farm so I don't think I'll be wanting to go all the way to Oakland or anything.

    We go to Pediatric Alliance Arcadia and see Dr. Coppula. He's great with my son and very helpful with any questions or concerns. I never feel rushed during our appointments.  Good Luck!

    We go to Children's Community Peds/Bellevue Peds and see Dr. Silk.  They have locations all over the Pittsburgh area...so there is probably one near you!  Good luck in your search!

    I called there yesterday and the lady on the phone was not overly pleasant. I mean, she wasn't the grinch or anything. How has your experience been with making appointments? Wait times?

    When I lived in the North Hills I loved Dr. Lidia Turzai at CCP Pittsburgh Pediatrics.  They have an office in Wexford and Bloomfield.

    I take my girls to Northland Pediatric Alliance. We love Dr. Brian there but all the doctors have always been nice and helpful. We actually moved more north after our first was born, but I make the trip because I love this office so much.

    Sorry I just saw your response. Everyone has always been very nice on the phone and in person. The wait times are fantastic. We are always in and out in usually 30 minutes, unless we need longer with the doctor.  They also have toys and books for the kids, my son would actually prefer to wait longer. :)

    We go to Pediatric Alliance Northland and have seen all of the doctors and like them all. I'd recommend it.

    We're going to Pediatric Alliance Northland as well. My sister uses them and has nothing but positive to say about it.

    We have decided to use my pediatrician from when I was growing up here, Dr. Kathleen Lamb. She is part of Pediatric Alliance on McKnight road by Big Lots. She is great, as well as their staff. Also there is not much you have to do ( other than interview if you like) you just let the hospital know that you want to use Dr. Lamb and their staff is at the hospital ( Magee, for me) and then we schedule our appointment with them at the hospital and when we take the baby in they will register.
