Bedtime routine is basically pajamas (just stopped swaddling), lights off and side lying nursing then into the pnp by our bed. She's been a good sleeper from the beginning and would only wake up 2-3 times a night to nurse/be changed then straight back to sleep. On Sat she slept from 10:30 to 6 am on Sun from 11 to 5:20am. Last night we stayed the night at my parents house and she woke up 3 times during the night again - I'm hoping it was just because we're in an unfamiliar room and it was a bit chilly. Hopefully she'll go back to sleeping good at home.
We do bath, lotion, pajamas, bottle, swaddle and then rock I sleep. LO sleeps in a RnP next to my bed. We turn the lights down and use some white noise. He is out right away. He still gets up twice a night for a bottle but has stretches of 3-4 hours. He actually doesn't cry to be fed at night either, just fussy and grunting.
