I'm flying out next week to AZ and just wondering about all the things I need to pack to take onboard and if this allowed.....the tsa website didn't really answer what i needed...so hoping someone can!
We are traveling with our 20 month old dd and i plan on taking a large tote bag as my carry on and want to fill it with the following.....
1 empty bottles (for milk that we will buy after security)
1 empty sippy (for water - she won?t take milk from them yet!)
1-2 jars of food - yep...still on baby food (spoon!)
zip lock bag full of cheerios (or can I put these in her little take a long containers?)
zip lock with cookies (or can I put these in her little take a long containers?)
wet ones
diaper wipes
zip lock with tissues (for me!)
1 quart sized bag filled with travel powder, diaper cream, Vaseline, antibacterial hand gel
change of clothes
around 5 diapers
burp cloth ? just to have
book
dvd/player
paci
Am I missing anything that you can recommend or if I will have any issues with this tote bag?.any advice will be great

Re: nbr- bflo airport/security
everything looks okay to me. Maybe an extra shirt for you, in case of any baby related messes.I like to pack as few items as necessary b/c digging through a bag of stuff drives me nuts.
I prefer to travel with the pouches of baby food vs jars- it's easier and neater (can just close back up). I would pass on the wet ones if you're already bringing wipes and anti bac gel. I'd pass on the burp cloth- just use napkins. Unless my babies have a rash I wouldn't bring diaper cream and I'm not sure (no flames, I promise) why you'd need vaseline for a few hours on a plane.
thanks!
I have a few sample things of the diaper cream i was going to bring...but we only really use it if she has a rash...normally we use a little vaseline for diaper changes since it seems to work well for her....
she seems to only get a rash from hell if she has certain types of meat...like monday she had a hot dog....last night...rash from hell! So i wont be giving her any of that before we go!
