soooo.....seattle TB is usually pretty slow- and seattle TN is pretty poppin' (check it out if you never go there!) but we're starting to get overloaded with baby-related posts, and us mommas/almost-mommas/wannabe-mommas are going to all come here and say "hi" and bring our baby posts here. hopefully this will "wake up" seattle TB a bit, and relieve the notyet-mommas/never-mommas on TN of our baby talk....

so let's start here:

hi i'm jenn! i've been posting on TB here and there throughout my pregnancy, and now am a momma of a little girl and couldn't be more thrilled! i've been a "regular" on TN for some time now, and on TK before that, so you're not really getting rid of me. sorry. Stick out tongue

i'm 26, live in lynnwood, and am currently following my chinese tradition of 30 days of house-arrest after a baby.

Anyway here goes: Hey, I'm Alise and I'm 24, live in the Yakima Valley. I've been mostly lurking and posting in the weekly check in's as much as possible. I don't always remember to do so every week but I try!

I started posting on TK before I got married, then after I got married and moved to WA I found the Seattle board on TN and lurked and eventually started posting there. Now since I'm pregnant and due with baby in 8ish weeks or so I've been posting on several different boards here on TB.

I guess I am guilty of being a casual nestie/bumpie lurker. Once I got my BFP, I've tried to chime in to the bump more! I know this board was a happening place for such a long time then it kinda vaporized! I would love to be a real part of it!

I'm Amy and live in the Olympia/Lacey area. I'm 32, married to my high school sweetheart (just celebrated our 15 year dating anniversary!), have a 5 year old beagle that I love as if she was my child and am a nanny to two little kids, 1 and 4. Being a nanny for 4.5 years has given me a lot of prep for being a first time mom but not completely, I still need a bunch of mommy-guidance!

I'm KRoseToes! I've been posting on this board for over three years. Unfortunately, no baby yet due to infertility issues, but we're moving forward with IVF this summer! I'm a management analyst and I work for the State. I really love my job, but I am insanely busy right now and have an hour commute each way (which kind of sucks.)

I'm a sporadic poster because: 1) I can't post from work, 2) I work long hours and then don't have a lot of time to post by the time I get home, 3) I've never been pregnant and don't have children, so I can't contribute a lot to the conversation. However, I hope to post more as we move forward (and hopefully I get pregnant this summer!)

I'm Ciara. I'm 25 and live on the peninsula. I have a 9.5 month old son named Edmund. I post every once in a while. I can't post from work because posting from my phone is a pain. I was originally on TK and then on TN for a bit before moving over here. I recently went back to TN because it was more active than this board. We are gearing up for Edmund's second surgery and the doctors appointments that come along with it. I'm also starting to plan his first birthday party. I can't believe he is almost a year old.

My little is 7 months old - my middle is 16 years - and my big is 18 years old (and getting ready to graduate high school!!).

I was never really on TK, and ended up getting pregnant right away so I skipped the nest entirely. I live in eastern wa but did live in the seattle area for a short time. I have a lil boy who turns 7 months on FRIDAY! I just discovered TN-seattle recently.

no, lol. i gave birth the day of my appt. but i called the afterhours number on my OB's card, (but i don't know if this is directly to my OB's office or to FMC) and it all worked out... i think.

i've been working on my birth story, but it's ridic long. i think i need to make a short version, too haha.

We used to live in the north end, and now we live in MI. I have 3 kids, Luke, 14 years, Ella, 3 1/2 years, and Thea (Tay-ah), 17 months. We are talking about number 4, and I might be breaking dh down and will start ttc this summer.

Wee Girl/BabyCupcakePirate/Lillian is 11.5 months old. Where has the last year gone? I'm in the Tri-Cities and am an occasional poster, but I finally got to Bronze so that has to count for something, right? It seemed like there was a mini baby boom that may have contributed to the death of the board?
