For those moms who have already had their babies.... Was there any relation to the weight you gained durring your pregnancy and your babies birth weight? I'm just a little worried that my baby may be quite big and I really don't want a c-section. I'm 5'3'' and have gone from 115lbs to 155! I was due yesterday and I'm just scared this baby is going to be really big. Oh, and I haven't put on weight anywhere other than my belly so that almost worries me more.

Hahaha that's true! Thanks!
I know it's scary but try not to stress about the size of the baby. I really did the first time and it turned out to be NBD. Chances are, your Dr. would know if you were carrying close to a 10 lb baby based on your fundal height and that's when a c section talk might come up. Of course people deliver bigger babies than that vaginally.

A) I was a fatty to start with, gained 21 lbs, LO was 7lbs 4 ozs.
There was no relation for me.
With DD 40lbs= 6.5lb baby
With DS 23lbs= 6.14 baby
Some people just retain more water during pregnancy. BTW, I don't think 40lbs is a lot.
After 2 1/2 years TTC, 3 IUI's, endo, and a lap, a surprise BFP brought us Alexandra Marie!
I gained 30 lbs
DS was 6 lbs 13 oz (2 weeks early)
