I am up way too much... like 20 lbs, which is what they recommended I gain in my whole pregnancy... and I'm only 26 weeks. Ugh! Eating way too much lol.

I'm in your boat. I was up 13 at my 23 week appt, which the NP said was absolutely fine. But next week is 27 weeks, I have my glucose tolerance test, and I'm starting to freak out a little b/c I've gained about 2 pounds a week the last 3 weeks. And I am craaaaaving chocolate like WHOA.
Have you had your GTT yet?
D14 November Siggy Challenge - How I Feel 3rd Tri:
I'm up 10 lbs. I'm pretty happy with that. At my first OB appt, the nurse recommended that I gain 11-15 throughout the whole pregnancy, which I pretty much knew wasn't going to happen - but I have been trying to keep it under control somewhat. The thing that has "helped" me the most is that I've been nauseous for most of the pregnancy - it went away for a few weeks in the 2nd trimester but is back. Oh, well. I failed my 1 hr test miserably and had the 3 hr one today. I'm just hoping that if I do have GD that some of my food aversions go away. I've been eating way more carbs than normal (probably why my numbers are so high!) because that is what will stay down - pasta, mac and cheese, etc.

No... I am going on Friday morning (she wanted me to go at 27 weeks and I'll be the day before 27 weeks). I am nervous! But I figure there is nothing we can do about it except follow the diet if we have it!! Good luck! Valentine's Day really kicked my butt, candy wise haha.
At my appointment last week, I was up 7lbs at 29 weeks. I'm happy to still be under the 10lb mark, but we'll see how that goes with the last 11 weeks to go.
Gained 0lbs. I have actually lost about 25lbs. I am envious of those who have gained wt. Baby growing good, so doc not worried. Goal is to get my wt to stabalize instead of loosing. Will see what happens next week when I go. I feel like I've gained about 10. Dietician says that sometimes when women are pregnant their metablolisms go into overdrive. Gee, didn't know I had a metabolism before I got pregnant.
I lost 8 in the first and second trimesters, then have only gained 5 back, so technically you could say i'm negative 3.
I was told I should gain no more than 20 pounds during the entire pregnancy, So I am pretty happy about it. Doctor says it's nothing to be concerned about since I have a lapband, so I am trying really hard not to fret about it.
I will be 30 weeks tomorrow and have gained 7 lbs. I have been given strict rules to follow since I've been diagnosed with GD and hope to stick to a total weight gain of 10 lbs.
It sounds like everyone is doing great so far. Way to go girls.
Don't know if I have seen a check in thread before on this, but figured I would chime in too. BTW, good job ladies! I know, for me at least, it does stink have the extra stress to worry about weight gain to make sure our LO's come out healthy and happy. As of my last appointment I was up 7lbs, my next appointment is in a couple of weeks though and I am hoping I didn't too much damage with Valentines Day LOL

i don't think i have seen one. i just did one for us because a few threads down, there is a weight gain roll call for women who are not overweight.

I like the idea of this one, thanks for putting it up!
I had lost 15 in the first trimester, but have since gained that back, plus up 19 lbs at my 25wk appointment. I'm not eating more than before, just not able to exercise since my back has been out my whole pregnancy. Yuck. Good job everyone else!
Well, so far I win (or lose, depending on how you look at it).....I'm up **OUCH** 32lbs. My OB is not concerned because everything else is fine, but I'm worried. That's 32lbs MORE that I have to lose when this baby is out. Ugh. Blimp.
