I have not been able to sleep for the past well, two weeks. I lay in bed and listen to my husband snore or I think of going into labor. I can sleep a hour or so after my husband gets up and that's it. I'm so tired!!!! So I have no idea what to do. I've tried Tylenol PM and I've tried hot tea but it doesn't work. So! I'm up for suggestions! Thanks!

Try setting a bedtime ritual for yourself - do the same thing before bed every night and make it relaxing. Read a book about non-pregnancy or baby related things, don't watch TV or be online, just focus on relaxing and getting sleepy. Try doing the same thing before bed every night so that it feels normal. If you wake up in the middle of the night try to stay focused on your breathing and don't think about labour or what if's or whats going to happen, etc.
