Indigestion

I was wondering what is safe to use for indigestion during pregnancy.  Thanks.

    call your doc- they all seem to have different rules.

    what is the main problem? upset stomach? heartburn? (indigestion is really a broad term).

    Most docs say that tums are fine to start with.  Some say pepto is ok-some don't.

    I was told Zantac was fine to use. Sometimes it really helps, sometimes it doesn't. I have indigestion REALLY bad.

    for heartburn - try Tums first... if that doesn't do the trick (without having to take them all the time) then most docs will say zantac... then they'll go to Prevacid or similar Rx for really bad heartburn.
