Taking the plunge (carrier mentioned)

and purchasing the beco gemini.  I want a nice a nicer carrier as I think I'll be carrying DS much more than I did with DD.  And I like how many ways I can wear it.  DH can't figure out why I want to spend the money on this carrier.  Tell me I'm making a good decision??

    I got an Ergo for this time around...I think with 2 closer in age, the younger one needs to be as portable as possible!

    If price is a concern, can you try to find a used one?

     

    Price isn't a issue (for me)...I just live with a very frugal guy.

    I have the Gemini. I like it quite a bit. I can still very comfortably wear B in it at 24 pounds...if she would let me!

    No advice on the carrier since I wrongly got a crotch dangler (baby bjorn) but I just want to say I can't believe you're almost there!!!!!!

    I've never tried it but heard good things about it.  I think a lot of it depends on the baby too, my DS Hates being put in a carrier, not the moby, not the bjorn and not the ergo but he loves to just be carried lol.

    I have a Gemini and love it.  Had a bjorn for when he was itty bitty (until I accidentally left it on an airplane, oops) as the Gemini didn't seem to be snug enough to fit him safely.  Now that he's bigger and able to hold his head up the Beco is awesome.  We do front forward facing these days.  He wants to see what's going on and protests if I face him in.  Haven't tried the side or back carries yet.
