I love the draft protector! Did you use a pattern or make it up?
I made it up. I measured the width of the door, added 4 inches, and cut a 12" wide strip of fabric. I stitched the 2 long sides together & then stitched to make one end pointed for his head. I turned him right side out, stuffed the head & neck area with batting from a worn out pillow. Pack it tight. I tied a piece of elastic around where I wanted his neck to be, but I'm sure string would work well too. Stuff the rest of the body firm. I folded the raw ends inside & used a needle and thread to close the open end like you would a cinched bag. Make tail & ears. Attatch them. Sew a black felt triangle nose on by hand, as well as 2 buttons for eyes. Put him to work!
