Anyone get a surprise BFP while on a break from infertility treatments?

We decided to go on a break from infertility treatments (which we did for the last 12 months) until we have the money to move on from IVF, my question is have any of you gotten a surprise BFP while on a break? Brief history - I am ok, we are dealing with MFI (low sperm count). It actually feels good to not be going back and forth with all the appointments, ultrasounds, bloodwork and meds which I did for 12 months straight, this is a much needed break! Just looking for anyone out there who lucked out while on break and if so were you dealing with MFI at all? Thank you for your feedback!

We did. My DH has low motility (23%) and I was diagnosed with PCOS (annovulation, IR, hormones out of wack). I have the meds in my fridge that I was supposed to start this past weekend. We were on a break b/c of a job that I thought I was going to get, I didn't get it so we were gearing up to start meds/IUI #4. Anyways, I ovulated which was a shock and we found out on V-Day that we got our miracle. Good luck to you!! It can happen while on a break.

I'm not sure if you can call mine a break because we never really got to start treatment due to lack of finances, but I have PCOS and was on metformin. We decided that we could not afford to do treatments at the time since insurance did not cover any of it. A couple months later I found out I was pregnant.I really hope things work out well for you. Good luck! ETA: No mfi.

Not on a break per-see but we were totally prepared to do more IVF to add to our family, and I got a surprise BFP last Sunday. I never thought in a million years we'd be in that group since we had moderate MFI, but low and behold, so far, everything is looking ok.

DH and I were taking a break over Thanksgiving/Christmas becuase our RE suggested we move to IVF and we wanted a second opinion, and I had just accepted a new job. I actually found out on the 2nd day of my new job I was KU! Needless to say we were shocked along with our RE.

Yes, but we did not have any MFI issues, just my DOR to contend with. I guess we found one of my "good" remaining eggs and the stars aligned that month.

We did (after a lap).

DH's samples ranged from 2 million-10 million post wash.

We had some low morph issues. I have extensive stage III endo. We got pregnant on a cycle in which we were actually TTA Embarrassed

we did! DH SA was normal, I unfortunately had the problems. after 5 cycles of clomid and follistim, lap/hysteroscopy we were blessed with a wonderful surprise in November. we were going to begin IVF testing in July and begin actual IVF in August once when we have saved up.

We did too! We actually got our BFP the morning we were starting IVF.

We had no sperm issues, but my DOR was the problem. We did five months of various meds/injectables/IUIs. RE told us to move on but I wanted to take some time for acupuncture/health/etc. We feel very lucky!

I just got a surprise BFP after 5 yrs of TTC

We have unexplained IF, I do have stage 2 endo too. I've gone through 2 IUI's with clomid 2.5 yrs ago- both were BFN.
