Travel Crib

Anyone have any recommendations for travel cribs?  We are going to to a driving tour of Ireland in April (DS will be 6 mo) and then a cruise (DS will be 8 mo).  European beds tend to be pretty small, so I don't think bed sharing will be an option.

Re: Travel Crib

  • I haven't set it up yet, but I bought the phil&teds travellers crib. I got that one because we do a lot of traveling by plane and I needed something small and light enough to pack in our regular luggage. It folds up small enough to fit in a bag like a tent and it weighs about 7 lbs. The reviews for it seemed to be quite good, so hopefully it will work well for us. First short trial will be tomorrow when we go ice fishing and then a long 2-week trip in early March.

  • We have the guava go crib. We love it. It folds up into a backpack and weighs a total of 11 lbs, or something like that. It's a little spendy -  but definitely worth it.

  • Is a pnp an option? They fold up pretty easily.
