What was I thinking?

I gave our Golden a bath this afternoon. DH has to work late and he has been wanting to give her a bath so I thought I'd be sweet and do it before he got home. WTH was I thinking? My back hurts sooo bad now. She is a good dog and stood there patiently but bending over to wash and rinse her killed my back. I just put her in the laundry room to dry because there is no way I can blow dry her with this pain in my back. Gees I feel old or Lame at least.

    Been there, done that :)

    I took both our our German Shepherds for a 3mile walk yesterday, at the same time. I'm paying dearly today.

    Oh man, our dog is no longer with us but washing her was painful before pregnancy. I can't imagine trying to wrangle her while pregnant! (She was a spazz but we loved her regardless.)

    They must be very well behaved :) Our golden would easily pull me over chasing a squirrel or trying to say "hi" to every passing person haha

    Meh, they pull but only when really excited. Otherwise they wander but only the puppy pulls and its mostly when we get close to home.

    I feel your pain normally DH gives our pit a bath but last night it was me because she got sick so he was cleaning up after her (in her kennel thankfully), and that left me to bathe her. That was a pain.
