  I am pregnant with twins after my first IUI. Relax, drink plenty of water, and resist the urge to pee on all the sticks!

  Me: 30, Dx Unexplained/hypothalamic amenorrhea
  DH: 31, normal!
  April/May 2011: Menopur + Ovidrel +TI = BFN
  Oct 2011: Menopur + Hcg +IUI = BFP!
  Beta #1 (13dpiui)= 129.7, Beta #2 (15 dpiui)= 305
  PAIF/SAIF always welcome!

  I got pregnant on my first IUI!  RE gave us only a ten percent chance.  One thing I did was to take it very, very easy during the wait.  And at 9 dpiui, I got by BFP!

  IF DX: DOR & Fragile X pre-mutation carrier
  2011: FSH 13.3 & E 99; AMH 0.54 2nd FSH 6.2 E 40's AFC: 8
  BFP from Clomid/IUI ~ Pre-e and IUGR during pregnancy ~ DS born 9/4/12
  Feb./March 2013: AMH less than 0.16 (undectable) and AFC = 4;
  BFP from supps ~ DS#2 due May 2014

  Also a first time IUI success story. I also took it easy with exercise during the 2ww. I was fine the first week but the second week was going stir crazy. My trigger shot was out of my system by 12dpIUI.

  Me (33)& DX: DOR, FSH-20.3; DH(28):SA=normal 8/11 HSG= clear!
  IUI #1 10/12/11 (Bravelle + HCG + Prometrium & acupuncture) = 10/26 BFP! Beta #1=250, Beta #2= 615. 1st u/s 11/8.

  I got pregnant on my first IUI but unfortunately m/c.  I got pregnant again on my 3rd IUI (which was the exact same protocol as my first - they altered the 2nd one a bit and it didn't work out) and am now almost 17 weeks.  GL!
  

  TTC with PCOS since November 2009
  

  IUI#1 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP, m/c
  IUI#2 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 5-9) = BFN
  IUI#3 Femara/Ovidrel (cd 3-7) = BFP!
  beta #1 11/23 = 270, P4 = 75
  beta #2 11/28 = 2055
  Our daughter E was born 7/29/2012!

  I got KTFU on my first IUI. The details are in my siggy- but it was also my first try with injectible meds.

  Thanks so much for all the comments ladies!! It is very encouraging to hear all of the success stories. I guess for me I just can't believe I will actually ever see a positive, but I know it has happened for others. They said wait 2 full weeks after IUI, but do you think 12 days after is long enough to try a test??

  Twins!! That is so exciting! Congrats!! I have been joking and picking on my hubby telling him we could have twins. If you don't mind me asking, how many mature eggs did you have? Thanks:)

  I'm usually a lurker here, but I got a BFP on my 3rd IUI.  But I have to say that pregnancy seems to go by much faster than that 2 week wait.
